Happy Birthday To You... DAD!

I just wanted to send out some happy birthday wishes to my Dad.

These pictures where taken Thanksgiving Day when I shot those other images of Ashley and Angela. This first one my Dad wanted to see what the town look like from above. I snapped a few images of him and then he pulled out his cell phone and said, "Should I look like I'm doing something."


At this location my Dad thought Ashley should be like Spider-man... Ashley didn't quite understand what he met, so he had to show her. I like the little bit of flair I got in this one.

So, I have been doing a little thinking....

I know, I said I would be posting more images tonight, however, I got a little side tracked actually taking pictures. So, I am just going to leave you guessing what all I have been up to in the last couple of days. I have really got a start on where I want to be in the next year. I have had the pleasure of talking with a few different individuals who have help me realize where I want to be. The first thing you are going to notice is my new logo. I have had one for quite some time I just haven't used it anywhere for the world wide web to see. The second thing your going to notice is the boarders around all my images, I would have used it today however, I was still making a few tweaks to everything else that is about to make its appearance. Thats all the more I am going to tell you for now. Be sure to check back tomorrow night for more updates. I have a baby session tomorrow afternoon that I am really excited for.

Sorry!...

I want to apologies for the lack of updates over the month. I have been super busy and have not had a chance to upload some of my more resent work.

So, for a quick update about me first, I turned 20... I am no longer a teen. My birthday wasn't too exciting other than I skipped class and spent the day with Andrea. I also got a job at Target. With driving back and forth from home and school I go through a lot of gas and with the Holiday coming up a little extra money will be nice.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and didn't eat too much food... A few funny images from my Thanksgiving will be uploaded later on today with a lot of other posts too...

Sorry Everyone!

I just wanted to say sorry about not updating this week. It has been so busy. Anyways, my brother got married this weekend. So, this has been a very exciting time for both my family and Jesekas family. Well, as before I wanted to say sorry for not updating with living in Cincinnati and driving to Dayton everyday for class and then returning home on Thursday evening with lots to do. I will soon update you some more about John and Jeseka and their big day... but right now I really need to go to bed because I have to be up in three hours to take them to the airport before they head off to their honeymoon in Jamaica.

Please check back tomorrow night and hopefully if all goes well I will have some pictures up here for you to admire!

Here we go!

Well here we go my first post.

I would like to start out and by telling you a little about myself. My name is Jaylene and I am 19. I am currently attending the Ohio Institute of Photography and Technology. I will be graduating in July 2009 with and associates degree in Portrait Photography. For the last three years I have been assisting JP-Photography with weddings and other shoots. I absolutely love photography. I has become my life. Its not often that you will find me without my camera. I also enjoy doing a lot of other things. I love camping, swimming, lying underneath the stars, and playing in the rain. I am a morning person! One day I would like place both of my loves together and live near the ocean and photograph in the beautiful setting. I would also like to travel to different parts of the world capturing unforgettable images. I love kids, especially babies; I think they bring such joy to a room. You can be in the worst mood and see a child that has such an innocent look on their face and to know that they have so much to look forward to. I love to laugh and have a good time!

Well I guess this is all I have to say for now I will be posting lots of pictures very soon.
